This book is recommended for teachers and students of general secondary, secondary specialized, vocational, and higher education institutions as well as participants and lecturers of teacher training and retraining institutions, specialists and general readers interested in this field. The book has been developed within the framework of the UNESCO project "Promoting Intangible Cultural Heritage for Educators to Reinforce Education for Sustainable Development in the Asia-Pacific region". The textbook has been approved by the Scientific – Methodological Council under the State Centre of Education according to the Protocol # 3 as of September 25, 2014 and recommended for use as a part of school curriculum "Physical Education".
